Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

Materials:​

 

All metals used by Sheena Hewitt Artisan Jewellery are as stated.

Precious metals are bought from reputable sellers and comply with legal directives.

Where a gem stone has knowingly received any treatment or enhancement, or is man-made,

this will be stated at the time of quotation.​

 

Guarantees:

​

All goods are guaranteed for a period of three years from the date of purchase against defects of

manufacture or materials and will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Any postage and shipping

insurance costs will be refunded by Sheena Hewitt Artisan Jewellery.

What is not covered:

 

The warranty does not cover loss, theft, disappearance, loss of appearance due to excessive wear,

abuse, act of God, incidental or intentional damage like scratching, chipping, and breakage.

Accidental damage, unauthorised repair or alterations by the purchaser or third party are excluded.

 

Returns:

 

Should the purchaser require to return goods for any reason Sheena Hewitt Artisan Jewellery

should be contacted prior to shipping for instructions.

 

Errors, Damage and Shortages:

 

Prior to shipping any goods, the purchaser will be advised that the shipment is being made. Should the

goods not arrive by the specified date or if the order is not correct or is damaged please advise

Sheena Hewitt Artisan Jewellery within three days so that the problem can be resolved.

 

Retention of Title:

 

Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in goods delivered to the Purchaser, or any other

provisions of these terms and conditions, legal title in the goods supplied to the purchaser by

Sheena Hewitt Artisan Jewellery shall not pass to the purchaser until Sheena Hewitt Artisan Jewellery

has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full of the price of the Goods and all other goods

agreed to be sold by Sheena Hewitt Artisan Jewellery to the purchaser for which payment is then due.
