Ring Sizing: the best thing to do if you don't know your size is go to a jewellers and ask them to measure your finger or your favourite ring. This will give you a letter size in the UK and a number size in Canada.

 

Pendant/necklace lengths: My most common length is 18”. Other common sizes: 16” 20” 22”. Ask and I can often adjust the length for you. If it is a longer length the price will be adjusted accordingly.Hallmarks. I almost always hallmark my rings and pendants/necklaces.

 

Earrings are left unmarked. Legally anything over 7.78g has to be hallmarked. I send my work to the Edinburgh Assay Office.

 

Returns: I accept returns (apart from earrings which can't be returned for hygiene reasons) minus postage costs. If the jewellery is damaged in transit the postage costs will also be refunded. It must be returned within 30 days in original packaging and original condition.

 

Repairs: I am more than happy to repair my own work should it need it. I will make an assessment and quote a price. I do not undertake repairs of other people's jewellery.

 

Care: please don't wear your jewellery to swimming pools, hot tubs etc as this will affect the finish of the piece. Hand lotions, perfumes, etc can also affect the finish. Jewellery can be buffed with a polishing cloth when appropriate. Be aware that patinas/oxidised parts can by removed through cleaning. If possible store in a sealable bag as this helps stop the item tarnishing.

 

Postage: items will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery in the UK. This requires a signature. The tracking number will be emailed to you. Where to buy: items can be bought from Instagram and Facebook. Also at fairs which will be announced through social media and the newsletter.

 

Data: your data will be treated confidentially and won't be sold to third parties.I currently ship to the UK and Canada. I am not responsible for customs fees or import duties. Please contact me for costs/details of shipping outside of the UK.
